Accounts and customer data
Customers are responsible for authorised use of their workspace, connected channels, account credentials, user access and the legality of information they provide to the service. Customers retain their rights in customer data. Crosvia may process that data to provide, secure and support the agreed service.

Connected services
A Crosvia product may connect to services such as messaging, advertising, email, calling, payment or storage providers. Those providers have their own terms, availability and controls. Customers choose which services to connect and remain responsible for their use.
Intellectual property
Crosvia and its licensors retain rights in the website, products, software, brand, documentation and underlying technology. Unless an agreement says otherwise, using a service gives the customer a limited, non-transferable right to use it during the agreed term; it does not transfer ownership.
