Information we handle
Depending on how you interact with Crosvia, this may include business contact details; account and workspace details; content placed in a connected workspace; enquiry messages; service, security and support records; and technical information such as device, browser, IP address and activity logs.
Why we use it
We use information to provide and secure services, authenticate users, connect requested channels, respond to enquiries, support customers, improve reliability, prevent misuse, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Where the law requires consent, we request it before that processing begins.
Website measurement
This website uses Plausible for aggregate, cookieless traffic and conversion measurement. If Google Analytics 4 or the Meta Pixel is configured, those optional tools load only after a visitor allows campaign measurement. We do not place names, email addresses or phone numbers in analytics event properties.

Storage, transfers and retention
Crosvia CRM production application data is hosted in India, Bengaluru. Some website, communication or support providers may process limited information in other locations. Where required, we apply contractual or other appropriate safeguards.
We retain information only for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose, the customer relationship, security, dispute resolution or a legal requirement. Retention periods vary by record and service.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, erasure or information about how your personal information is handled. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting on a request.
These controls are intended to support applicable obligations and rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act 2023). The precise right or obligation depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
Workspace data requests should normally be sent first to the organisation that controls that workspace. You can also contact us at [email protected].
Security
We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service and the information involved. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also protect account access and promptly report suspected misuse.
