Data Deletion Instructions
Crosvia respects your right to delete your data. This page explains how to request deletion of data held by Crosvia, including any data obtained through connected Meta or WhatsApp integrations.
If you are a Crosvia Customer (account holder)
You can delete data directly within the Service, or request full deletion of your account and associated data:
- Sign in and remove individual records, or disconnect any integration (Meta/WhatsApp) from your workspace settings to stop further data collection.
- To delete your entire account and all associated data, email [email protected] from your registered email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- We will verify your request, delete the data from our active systems, instruct our subprocessors to do the same, and confirm completion — typically within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
If you are an individual whose data is held by a Crosvia Customer (a lead)
Businesses that use Crosvia are the controllers of the lead and contact data in their workspaces. If your information was collected by one of these businesses:
- Contact that business directly to request deletion, as they control the data; or
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and enough detail to identify your record (for example the business name and the phone number or email you provided). We will route your request to the relevant Customer and support its fulfilment.
Meta / WhatsApp data
If your data was received through a connected Meta or WhatsApp integration (for example a lead-form submission or a WhatsApp conversation), it is deleted as part of the process above. Disconnecting the integration from the relevant workspace also stops any further collection. To delete data Meta holds about you on its own platforms, use Meta's own settings and tools.
What happens after a deletion request
- We verify the request and the identity of the requester.
- We delete the relevant data from our active production systems and request deletion by our subprocessors.
- We confirm completion to you, usually within 30 days.
- We may retain limited information where required by law (for example for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes); such information is not used for any other purpose.
